Year 1 :: In House

- Work in a 2 month rotation with the following focuses:

• Vision/Fundraising
• Family Ministry
• Discipleship (MC & Huddles)
• Worship Gathering
• Community Engagement

- Complete NEO360’s Launch class
- Participate in an existing Renew Communities Missional Community
- Participate in an existing Renew Communities Huddle
- Begin to discern a target area that they are called to start a new MC
- Begin to engage with people in that target area

Year 2 :: In The Field

- Start an MC in their target area
- Multiply that MC at least once in their target area
- Immediately begin 2+ huddles 
- Lead projects in community that connect with various domains
- Work to build relationships with civic leaders
- Begin to fundraise for their launch year.
