Andy Sikora

Andy is the Lead Pastor of Renew Communities – a missional church he helped plant in 2011. Andy, his wife Meri, and their children Kenzie, Eva and Archer, have lived in the Cleveland area since 2005. Andy also serves as the Director of Church Multiplication with the United Brethren in Christ. With a deep rooted passion to see this city renewed and over a decade of ministry experience, Andy focuses primarily on vision, discipleship, teaching, and reproducing leaders.

Andy is a founding member of the Kingdom Collective.

Noah Nickle

Noah Nickle is the Lead Pastor of Kings Church, where he is passionate about helping people encounter Jesus and live out their faith in everyday life. As a church planter and leader, Noah is committed to building healthy, gospel-centered communities and developing leaders who are sent into their neighborhoods and the city with purpose.

Noah is a founding member of the Kingdom Collective.

Matt Shetler

Matt Shetler is the Lead Pastor of Lakewood Vineyard, where he leads with a heart for spiritual formation, Spirit-led ministry, and faithful presence in the city. Matt is passionate about building healthy, missional communities and equipping everyday people to live out the way of Jesus and participate in God’s renewing work where they live, work, and play.

Lakewood Vineyard was the first church the Kingdom Collective supported.
